If you were having coffee with me, I would be happy to have you visit my corner of the internet all Social Distancing Protocol observed…

What if you knocked on my door and I came out fully kitted out in protective gear, would you also be wearing your masks and shields? Asking for a couple of visitors who showed up unannounced and they were fully outfitted, while I wasn’t.. and I wanted to be like you know you could have just called or read my blog to see how I have been, but of course, I had to be a good host.
If you were having coffee with me, I would offer you eggs with your beverage and ask how you like your eggs; as long as they scrambled. I have perfected the art of making a killer scrambled eggs:
Step number 1 spread eggs evenly in pan as if to make a fluffy fried egg.

Step number 2 Flip the egg with an improper tool and boom scrambled eggs are served…
If you were having coffee with me, I would ask if you know that age-old advice about how you face your fears by, well, facing your fears.. To combat my almost obsessive need for structure, I have decided to randomly pick eggs from the tray such that they never know which I am going to eat next, keep them on their toes, and then *boom* you will be joining me for breakfast…

Ever sit and wonder about the first person to eat an egg, watched a chicken doing its business and then they were like I am eating the next thing that comes out of that chicken… Have you ever collected freshly hatched eggs? They are kinda… warm and er.. probably need to take a bath first.

If you were having coffee with me I would tell you that past week has been filled with power outages as the power utility company announced that some critical fault had affected power generation. I had an episode with a rat… see tweet below.
On the upside, the power company says that moving forward the power situation should be better as they have managed to repair the fault, though I am not holding my breath.
As expected on that vaccination front, the government has given a deadline that all civil servants must be vaccinated by 15th of October or else they must not report for work… Looks like the vaccine thing is fast becoming a passport and a valuable currency.

Been following the news of the stance by the UK on vaccines and the list of countries which they will consider as unvaccinated. It doesn’t matter that some of them use the exact same vaccination as the ones in the UK or even that they donated some of the very same vaccines to some countries and then they turn around do this…
Diplomacy must be a weird subject at the school of governance had I been a world leader, I would have in turn just also announced that we would treat the UK as unvaccinated and see how they like them apples, good thing I am not a president I guess.
Meanwhile in the wacky world of vaccinations, the Canadian health and drug authority has approved the change of names of the vaccines; Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine will now be named Comirnaty, the Moderna vaccine will be named Spikevax, and the AstraZeneca vaccine will be named Vaxzevria. The changes are simply in name and should not indicate any other change.
I really don’t know how this seems like a good idea amidst all the problems in a vaccine awareness to just wake up, unprovoked and decide “Hey we are changing the names of vaccines you know and love into names you can barely pronounce which sound like pokemon names….”

I did read something about how Comirnaty is supposed to evoke a feeling of community, immunity and the mRNA technology at the vaccine’s core in combating Covid-19… I don’t feel it, but I am just outside looking in, would love to know from those in Canada if these names are… better?
Oh I guest featured on HumanityBoss: Coffee Talk With Uncle B
So what’s going on in your neck of the woods.?

Eeh.. about your scrambled eggs eeeh let me pass. I think you got the receipe wrong somehow if I may say so. The scrabled eggs that I know are mixed with milk and then you just stir and not overcook them but then well what do I know? I may just be wrong. 🤷

1. Lol I once went somewhere where everyone was wearing two masks and I was convinced I had missed a government announcement on how many masks we were supposed to wear outside. 😂
2. Those scrambled eggs do not look scrambled to me but interesting recipe. 😂 I’ve always had problems with people picking eggs from the tray like that. When I first moved in with my flat mate she used to get eggs just like that. No order at all. After I passively complained about it for months, she started picking eggs in an organized manner. 😂😭 so that picture made me sad.
3. The rat. 😂 I am reminded of the time before we had electricity at our house and we lived with rats. One night as I was standing in the hallway, two rats ran over my bare feet. I’ve never screamed so much in my life.
4. I don’t know why we don’t treat the UK the way they treat us. Apparently their reasoning is people can get vaccination cards without the vaccine. While that is true, it is true for almost every country in the world. Where I am I can look for vaccination cards on the online stores and buy one.
We need to treat them the way they treat us. 😂
I had a lot to say. 😂

Thank you for the coffee B! You’ve got me scratching my head at the first person who thought hey, let’s eat that egg from that chicken that she just um, laid! Lol 🤣 good one, and I Love eggs, even your special scrambler, even though it looks more like hard cooked eggs!! 😋
And I had to look up the vaccine name changes, WOW! I think that’s a dumb idea but then hey, what do I know! 🤷
I’m glad you got your electricity back on and am glad you are staying safe out there!! Have a great week! 😀

Always have a good laugh here…..at pokemon names ..well I just got one of those shots recently.
If you ask me what’s happening in my country I have either been very passive or somehow overwhelmed by what around me to look over. But regardless we are moving and pushing. Thanks for sharing

Yea, fresh eggs are yummy when cooked but not so much raw.
I could not just pick random eggs. If I didn’t pick evenly, the container that carries them would be unbalanced and it would be easier for me to drop it.

Haha but wait where do you keep this container which keeps the eggs, doesn’t it just live on top of the fridge like normal people, 🤔 😂

PS Randomly picking them is surprisingly quite hard 😂😂

Back in the day, when we had fresh eggs from the yard/our neighbors, we kept them on the counter. However, the store bought ones go straight to the fridge. I read up on that a bit and why which egg should be kept where.
