When you are ever in doubt about your sense of worth… think about how much one tiny mosquito can impact on your night’s sleep….

I left the windows open and several mosquitoes just liked my forehead…. Or maybe it was one mosquito several times. Its dead now… If I was Noah I would have swatted the mosquitoes as soon as they got in the ark… and I would definitely have left the snakes behind.

Mosquitoes are so dumb.
You can fly anywhere in the world for free with no passport and of all the places in the whole entire world, you decide to fly into my room…… 🤷‍♂️

Perhaps, I should feel a tiny bit of remorse at unaliving the now departed mosquito, now nothing more than a red smear on the wall. Maybe it had a husband or family, waiting for it back home, wondering why she aint coming home…. Only female mosquitoes bite humans… they need the blood protein to produce their eggs.

What if we think they are just being a nuisance but they are actually trying to sing us a lullaby or maybe a carol by candlelight.

We have been experiencing hot days and hot nights, El Niño is that you? The South African weather service has extended the heatwave till next Tuesday, I don’t know why they would do such a thing…. I remember when they used to announce lockdown extensions just when you thought lockdown was over, extension….

Anyhoo…. To leave the windows open and let in some slightly cool air and insects and Knock Knock, Who’s there? AmosQuito and Knock Knock again, Who’s there? YetAnother mosquito…
