You cannot get rich by standing with your hands in your pockets. It’s free advice I got from someone who seemed as if they were remarkably doing nothing themselves.
But if stand around and dip your hands in someone else’s pocket… well, that’s entrepreneurship, its something with a vision and keynote speech that will be accepted with clapping hands. That’s until you get caught then it becomes something undignified, like pickpocketing.
If you want to go to jail, still pocket change, if you want to be a legend, steal 15 billion or an election, same thing at those levels, you can rewrite the rules, other people’s pockets are yours.
Basically own a pyramid; stay on top of it, and you’re never the one at the bottom explaining.
