I Love happiness and Joy! I agree, joy truly is the state I wish I could stay in all, the, time. But I waffle back and forth with happiness and Joy! 🤩 I try so hard to stay away from sadness, even though it’s part of life. 😏
Beautiful poem. I like the way in which you talk about the differences between happiness and joy. I’ve always regarded them to be similar emotions which often get mistaken. They are both a positive force that guide our lives in the right direction.
Your post brought to mind the amazing animated film “Inside Out”. It tells a story of a teen girl whose emotions guide her life decisions. She feels a mixture of joy, sadness, temper and disgust. Definitely worth a watch. Here’s why I recommend it highly:
