Looking down on people.

Only pilots should be allowed to look down on people because they will be in an aeroplane on top of the clouds… And astronauts in their spaceships way above us. So pilots and astronauts…

And birds too, since they fly in the sky and will crap in your eye, if you look up and definitely giraffes those things be tall and all.
So pilots, astronauts, birds and giraffes…

An exception could be made for people on mountaintops, up tall trees, rooftops and buildings with multi-stories from where peasants on the ground below look like ants.
So pilots, astronauts, birds, giraffes and people at elevated heights

But if you are at the same spatial elevation, you must never look down on others, unless of course you are admiring their’s shoes or gauging if you can walk a mile in their shoes before judging them.
So pilots, astronauts, birds, giraffes, people at elevated heights and shoe whisperers.

And gravediggers or undertakers when they bury you, and the people throwing dust to dust…

    Great post! I absolutely agree with you on this. Looking down upon people is a rude behavior that nobody should ever do. Unfortunately, as a species we have always had tendency to look down on people that are inferior in society. This tendency to look down upon people in society has become a part of history. It can be traced all the way back to the Holocaust when Jews were looked down on in society. Jews were forced to endure atrocities committed by Nazis. A recent movie that captured this dichotomy is the Oscar-winning “The Zone of Interest”. It follows the story of a German family looking down on Jews killed in atrocities. You’d think we’d come a long way as a society since then but sadly we haven’t.         I do tend to have a bigger “personality” and I have also managed to master the art of “looming in the background” which makes most people think I am taller. I thank my stint in private security for that 😀

        But what about you? Do you ride around on giraffes looking down on people? 😉
