Of Checking In

I wish we reached for God, the same way we reached for our phones:

•To check the time and plan our day
•To take a picture and save important memories
•To ask for help when the journey becomes hard
•To find direction when lost our way and need direction
•To find answers about life and everything
•To share our success, celebrate and be grateful
•To simply check-in:
“Hi God, its me your child.”

I agree with this. I think its a simple act that is healing. It provides an outlet for whatever pressures are bottled up in us.
