Becoming The Muse

The pen is mightier than the sword,
but can a bullet be stopped by a word?
I might seem a little wayward,
a little lost yet,
I am fashioning myself a pen-shaped gun.
Oh, what fun.
When you draw your sword,
and I draw a gun,
with my ink stained trigger fingers.
Bang bang.
I learned to write,
before I learned to fight.
