AI or Die Tour
AI expert Alexander Morad is currently on a Tour titled AI or Die which includes several African countries. Alexander Morad is the founder of a multi-award winning agency Bright Mind, which he started with zero resources and turned into built a million dollar agency.ย It is the only agency in Europe to have won TikTok awards twice and has worked with prominent brands and celebrities like DJ Khaled.

Alexander is a sought after public speaker who has graced various international stages and in 2025 he is bringing his experience and knowldege to African countries that usually get overlooked by global experts.

I had the honour to attend an AI or Die Tour in Harare, Zimbabwe at Moto Republik where I got a front row seat of the maestro at work and now fully appreciate how he is sought after speaker, not only is he knowledgeable in his field, his delivery style is easy, engaging and funny. If the singularity happens and AI outpaces our intelligence he could easily switch careers to being a stand-up comedian..

AI Or Die
The tour is titled as a nod to the inevitability of advances in AI similar to evolutionary cycles where a species has to Adapt or Dieโฆ Alexander shared insights on AI which mirror conclusions I have also drawn about AI that itโs a multi-purpose tool that will grant those who know how to navigate its usage with a world of advantage.
AI will not take your jobโฆ but someone using AI will take your job.

We have a natural fear of things that are new to us and AI adoption has been met with resistance as with all change that chips away at the familiar, but we at the cusp of evolution where we either evolve or dieโฆ AI or Dieโฆ
Imagine a world just before social media took off, it was considered a passing fad but its become more than a digital playgroundโฆ. The internet and social media has created a world where we can;
Stream Inspiration
Stream Innovation
Stream Intelligence
Stream Initiative
What a brave new world where we can outsource AI to streamline and automate tasks especially the draining and repetitive objectives that chip away at our creativity, leaving us with time to concentrate and enjoy our passionsโฆ Alexander shared from his personal experience the exhaustive nature of some things and while it wasnโt a mental health talk it highlighted the importance of being grounded.

A key take-away from the AI or Die Tour was how generative AI responds differently to the limits imposed by the prompts used as opposed to a generic broad promptsโฆ an expert in a certain area would be able to better prompt AI to do a task than someone who has a fleeting understanding of the field.
Instead of figuring out whether or not the world should adopt AI, cause that train has left the station, AI is no longer the future AI is already hereโฆ what we should be learning is how to optimise and prompt AI in line with our respective enterprises .. While anyone can use AI, an expert of a field would be better placed to enhance their creativity and productivity with it.
